Experienced Construction Quality Inspector
We are seeking a Construction Quality Inspector to support quality inspections and project quality compliance across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and EPC construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field inspections of construction activities to verify compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, client standards, and applicable building and industry codes.
- Inspect work performed by subcontractors and self-perform crews.
- Verify the quality and workmanship of concrete, structural steel, mechanical systems, electrical systems, process piping, equipment installations, and architectural finishes.
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify and address quality concerns before they affect project progress or completion.
- Verify that approved materials and equipment are installed in accordance with project requirements.
- Document inspection findings, deficiencies, corrective actions, and follow-up status.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, subcontractors, clients, and owners.
- Participate in project meetings, quality-control reviews, owner inspections, and project walkthroughs.
- Communicate quality concerns promptly, clearly, and professionally, and support timely resolution.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction inspection, quality inspection/quality control, industrial construction, commercial construction, or related field activities.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, engineering drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards, and installation practices.

Experience inspecting one or more of the following is preferred: concrete, structural steel, mechanical systems, electrical systems, process piping, equipment installation, or architectural finishes.

Strong organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate professionally with field crews, subcontractors, project management, engineers, clients, and owners.

Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
