Experienced Construction Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Construction Quality Inspector to support quality inspections and project quality compliance across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and EPC construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Perform field inspections of construction activities to verify compliance with:

  • Approved construction drawings

  • Project specifications

  • Contract requirements

  • Client standards

  • Applicable building and industry codes

  • Inspect construction work performed by subcontractors and self-perform crews.

  • ​

  • Verify quality and workmanship of:

  • Concrete work

  • Structural steel installation

  • Mechanical systems

  • Electrical systems

  • Process piping systems

  • Equipment installations

  • Architectural finishes

  • Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify quality concerns before they impact project completion.

  • Verify that approved materials and equipment are installed according to project requirements.

  • ​

  • Work closely with:Project Managers/Construction Managers/Superintendents/Engineers/Subcontractors/Clients and Owners

  • Participate in project meetings and quality review discussions.

  • Communicate quality concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Support owner inspections and project walkthroughs.

Qualification

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Construction Management

  • Engineering Technology

  • Engineering

  • Related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

  • Construction inspection

  • Quality inspection

  • Industrial construction

  • Commercial construction

  • Related field construction activities

  • Ability to read and interpret:

  • Construction drawings

  • Engineering drawings

  • Shop drawings

  • Specifications

  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and installation practices.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
