Experienced Electrical Construction Mechanic (Electrician)

We are seeking an Experienced Electrical Construction Mechanic to join our field operations team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced working in fast-paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install electrical systems including conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, switches, and related components

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications

  • Perform rough-in, wiring, termination, and final electrical installation work

  • Pull wire, bend conduit, and install raceways and cable trays

  • Test electrical systems to ensure proper function and code compliance

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in the field

  • Coordinate work with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, HVAC)

  • Follow project schedules, foreman instructions, and site coordination requirements

  • Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety standards

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and clean and safe jobsite conditions

Qualification

  • 3–7+ years of experience in electrical construction (commercial or industrial preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and jobsite practices

  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and electrical schematics

  • Familiarity with NEC code and construction safety standards (OSHA)

  • Experience working on active construction job sites

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew

  • Physically able to perform manual labor in construction environments (lifting, climbing, bending, etc.)

  • Experience in industrial or large-scale commercial projects (warehouses, manufacturing plants, data centers) （Preferred）

  • Experience with high-voltage or complex electrical systems（Preferred）

  • OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 certification（Preferred）

  • Experience in traveling or multi-site construction projects（Preferred）
