Career Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead industrial and commercial construction projects from conception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes client relationships, and ensure every milestone meets our rigorous standards for safety, budget, and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Coordinate sequencing, logistics, and manpower planning with subcontractors
Establish baseline schedule and manage progress updates
Conduct look-ahead planning (2-week / 3-week schedules)
Construction Execution & Coordination
Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities
Serve as primary liaison between owner, architect, and engineers
Lead project progress reviews and OAC meetings
Ensure alignment between design intent and field execution
Resolve constructability and field coordination issues
Subcontractor Management
Manage subcontractor performance and scope compliance
Coordinate material procurement to support timelines
Evaluate progress and approve payments based on performance
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, project management or related majors
3–7 years of construction project management or engineering experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership mindset (“end-to-end project accountability”)
Must be willing to work at various project sites across the U.S. as needed;
Experience in commercial or industrial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus due to frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
